Haapala farm in Sotkamo relies on domestic flavors and raw materials produced nearby. The beers of the Haapala brewery get some flavors from local rye and spruce.
Kitchen ventilation is taken care of by Jeven’s Turbo and condensation hoods and the lighting of the kitchen workstations is provided by powerful LED lights. All Jeven hoods are now equipped as standard with LED lights.
