Top ventilation for top chefs

Frantzén

Restaurant Frantzén was active for nearly a decade in Stockholm’s Old Town before moving to the shorter spaces in the city center to Klara Norra Kyrkogatan 26.

Björn Frantzén’s top-class restaurant spreads across all three floors of the building; in addition to the lobby and the dining room, guests are served in the rooftop lounge.

Dining areas are in direct contact with the kitchen, which sets special requirements for kitchen ventilation. There is also a large amount of heat and smoke charcoal under the copper coated hood.

Frantzén is the three Michelin-star restaurant in Stockholm. The restaurant is headed by Björn Frantzen.
