At Hugo Restaurant you can enjoy delicious food and tasty wines in a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. Hugo’s roots date back to the 19th century in Oulu, when after the fire in 1882, architect Hugo Alexander Neuman designed several buildings for the city, as did this magnificent stone house on Rantakatu 4. The look of Restaurant Hugo was updated during 2019, when the kitchen was completely renovated as well. The kitchen was chosen with Jeven UV-Turbo and Condensation Hoods, which provide a comfortable working environment for the kitchen staff.
